General conditions of tenancy

- Arrivals take place from 16 h till 19 h, departures from 8 h till 10 h.

- The maximum capacity pointed out on the contract must be respected, (a child, even a baby, counts for a person).

- Auto Inventaire.

- 125-€ deposit reimbursed after check, or returned in case of departure outside the hours (one week maximum). Except - season: deposit 25 €.

- The flat must be left clean. if the passage of a cleaning woman is necessary, it will be deducted forfaitairement 25 € of the deposit.

- The broken dinnerware must be replaced or paid.

- In case of cancellation, the down payment will be restored only if the flat is re-rented for the same period and at the same price (less 25 € for expenses).

- Our prices agree all expenses paid, correspondence, file, gas, electricity (safe if necessary heating).
The city tax of € 1.05 per day per person is not included in the rent. Free for children under 13 years

Only one pet is accepted by flat.
